Challenge: ZenHealth, a wellness clinic offering services like physiotherapy and yoga therapy, struggled with managing appointments, patient follow-ups, and payments. Manual record-keeping and scheduling resulted in overbooked slots, long wait times, and reduced patient satisfaction.


Solution:

  1. Online Appointment Booking:MCode built a booking portal integrated with the clinic’s calendar, allowing patients to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments. Doctors and therapists could also view and manage their schedules in real time.

  2. Automated Patient Communication:Appointment reminders, follow-up emails, and digital prescription delivery were automated. Post-visit feedback requests were also set up to gather patient insights.

  3. Seamless Payment Integration:Online payment options were integrated into the booking portal. Automated invoices and receipts were sent to patients after every session, and reminders for unpaid bills were also scheduled.
